Medication management that connects to your ASC workflow

MedServe offers standard interfaces with HST Pathways, Surgical Information Systems and Epic, allowing patient information to flow directly into the MedServe Platform.

Reduce duplicate data entry, simplify medication transactions and give clinicians a more connected experience from schedule to medication access.

Your staff shouldn’t have to enter the same information twice

Disconnected medication systems create unnecessary work. Clinicians must manually recreate patient records, search for the correct case and enter information that already exists in the EHR. For lean ASC teams, those extra steps slow down workflows and create more opportunities for incomplete or inconsistent documentation.

MedServe connects with your EHR to preload patient and scheduling information, helping staff move more efficiently while keeping medication activity associated with the correct patient.

How it works

From the schedule to the medication transaction

  1. Schedule the patient

Patient and case information is entered into the ASC’s existing EHR or scheduling system.

  2. Send information to MedServe

The interface sends relevant patient and scheduling information into the MedServe Platform.

  3. Select patient on MedServe

The clinician selects the appropriate patient without recreating the record manually.

  4. Transaction automatically documented

The transaction is associated with the selected patient, user, medication and time.

Benefits

A more connected clinical workflow

  • Less duplicate data entry

Use patient information that already exists instead of entering it again at the cabinet.

  • Faster medication transactions

Make it easier for clinicians to locate the appropriate patient and complete the medication workflow.

  • More consistent information

Reduce manual entry and help keep patient information consistent between the EHR and MedServe.

  • Easier staff adoption

Fit medication management into the systems and processes your team already uses.
