MedServe has built standard one-way interfaces with common EHR solutions leveraged by ASCs including HST Pathways, Surgical Information Systems (SIS), and Epic that enable facilities to preload key patient demographic and scheduling data to increase efficiency through reducing data entry. What happens if there is a power outage?

We recommend using a red outlet and having backup power available for a MedServe. In the event of a power outage, each MedServe cabinet has a secure double-locked, manual override mechanism onboard.

What happens if there are network connectivity issues or an internet outage?

MedServe is able to continue to function and log data even without network connectivity. While offline, the data will be logged and temporarily stored on the MedServe HUB.
