One Scalable System. Built for Outpatient Care.
Every MedServe system has three parts: a HUB (the controller), Secure Storage (the locking compartments), and the MedServe Software Platform. Choose your HUB, add the storage your facility needs, and MedServe handles the rest.
Step 1: Every System Starts with a HUB
The MedServe HUB is the controller of every MedServe system: an RFID badge reader, onboard computer, and power supply. It plugs into a standard outlet and connects to your network via WiFi or ethernet. No facilities project. No IT project. One HUB controls up to 14 locking compartments.
You have three ways to get one:
MedServe HUB. The standalone unit. Add it to any MedServe storage cabinet to bring it online.
MedServe MINI X. A compact cabinet with the HUB built in.
MedServe FLEX X. Our workhorse cabinet with the HUB built in.
The rule is simple: X means the HUB is built in.
Step 2: Add Secure Storage
Connect up to 14 locking compartments to any HUB, including the HUB inside a MINI X or FLEX X. Mix and match storage to fit your ORs, med room, and overstock needs:
MedServe MINI. 1 to 4 secure compartments. Perfect for ORs, preop/PACU, patient rooms, and tight spaces.
MedServe FLEX. 1 to 8 configurable compartments. Built for med rooms and high-demand environments.
MedServe XL. One high-capacity compartment for bulky medications and overstock.
Storage units connect to their HUB with a standard 5 ft wired cable (longer runs available, connector wire included) and draw power and control through the connection. No outlet, no network drop, no IT touch. Because cabinets wire together, a single FLEX X can secure your med room AND control the XL beside it. One HUB, one badge scan, complete coverage.
Step 3: Run It on the MedServe Platform
Every MedServe system runs on the MedServe Software Platform (subscription required). It's what turns secure hardware into complete medication management: automated audit trails, real-time inventory reporting, compliance logs, remote administration, and interfaces with EHRs including HST Pathways, SIS, and Epic. Your logbook, retired.
